- 1/4 cup lime juice
- shake of taco sauce
- shake of cumin
- shake of chili powder
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Grill chicken.
In a large frying pan add
- 1 Tbsp olive oil and heat up:
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- couple sliced green onions
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1 diced jalapeƱo
Put chicken and veggies in a whole wheat tortilla.
Serves about 5-6, depending on how much veggies and chicken you cut up.
