I have to confess, since we moved here, I have fallen off the wagon with regards to my diet. Things are expensive here and it just feels like when it comes to budget, I always knock special foods for me off the bottom of the list. I am feeling yucky about how I look and I need to get my butt in gear and get back into shape!!!
