Easy Cheesy Crispy Cheddar Chicken


  • Chicken breasts
  • Milk
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Crushed Ritz Crackers
  1. Cut each breast into 3 chunks
  2. Dip Chicken breasts into three pans - first Milk, then Shredded Cheese, and lastly Crushed Ritz Crackers. 
  3. Then place in a pan. 
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 400 - So crispy and delicious!
 Sauce:
  • 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter
While the chicken is baking for the last 10 minutes, in a medium sized sauce pan, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and butter with a whisk. Stir it over medium high heat until the sauce is nice and hot. - See more at: http://cluelesskitchen.com/?p=144#sthash.bmPINEap.dpuf

  3. pour a dollop on hot chicken when serving and garnish with chopped chives.
