Cream Cheese Coconut Snowballs


  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 ozs crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  1. Beat cream cheese and pineapple until well combined .
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Roll into balls then roll into coconut until well coated. 
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
