Peanut butter fudge
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- sweetener to taste
- In
a pot melt coconut oil and peanut butter.
- Add vanilla, salt and
sweetener after it is melted.
- Line a 8 by 8 pan with wax paper. Pour on
top.
- Put in freezer for at least an hour. Remove from freezer and cut
into pieces. Either store in fridge or freezer....if it makes it that
long
- (you could try adding 3 oz of cream cheese . . . it is really good!)
