I have had a fun couple of days, getting out, getting things done and it feels good to be getting things done for this move. I have been checking things off the checklist:
- House lined up to live in - CHECK!
- Deposit paid on house - CHECK!
- Cable set up for after we move - CHECK!
- Power changed to my name - CHECK!
- Truck signed over to new owner - CHECK!
- Plates returned - CHECK!
- Possible help with loading the truck - CHECK!
- Possible transportation to ferry! - CHECK!
Things to do:
- Call and cancel things here
- Call to cancel car insurance
- Forward mail
- Call and verify moving truck
