I love to use leftover cabbage this way. It is simple and YUMMY!
1 small cabbage sliced into 2inch by 1/4 inch strips.
1 onion diced
1 carrot shredded.
1/2 package of bacon
brown bacon, onion and carrots in a large deep pan.
Add cabbage saute on high until the cabbage softens and browns.
This sounds so delicious!
