Raw Vegan Cheese Spread!!!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw cashews
1-2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Let‘s get started.
  • Soak your cashews for 1-2 hours. You can even skip this step if you are in a hurry. 
  • Rinse cashews well. Place all ingredients in the blender until ultra creamy.
