Raw Breakfast Bowl

In the interests of finding new and interesting things to eat when I do my raw food challenge.  Here is an idea for breakfast:

1 shredded apple or pear
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seed meal
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon raisins (or dried cranberries!)
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Sprinkle cinnamon
1 tablespoon buckwheat groats (optional)
1/3 cup almond milk (optional) or 1/3 cup water (mandatory)
