Homemade Brownie Mix

I found this and I LOVE it for my kids!  I will never buy boxed brownie mix!  This is just so simple, so easy:

Easy Homemade Brownie Mix:

1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder


Put all in a jar, ziplock bag, or container of your choice.  then once you are ready to bake them add:

2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
