Healthy Vegan Snacks

In the interests of being prepared for those times when I just need to have a snack, I thought I would prepare a list of healthy ideas for snacks!  Here is what I came up with:
  1. Rice cakes with peanut butter
  2. Pita or veggies and hummus
  3. Apples, bananas or celery with peanut butter or another nut butter
  4. Applesauce
  5. Dried fruit 
  6. Popcorn (top it with nutritional yeast, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the warm popcorn and add a bit of sea salt.) 
  7. Graham crackers 
  8. Roasted chickpeas
  9. Raw cookies  
  10. Endurance Crackers
  11. Salt & Vinegar Chickpeas 
  12. Granola
  13. Frosty No Bake Glo Cakes
  14. Almond Butter Chews 
  15. Banana Split Vegan Overnight Oats 
  16. On The Glow Basic Oatmeal Squares
  17. Peanut-y Rice - (Stir 1 tablespoon of chunky peanut butter into a half-cup of leftover cooked brown rice and heat in the microwave oven.)
    Baked bananas: Place whole, peeled bananas in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top them with cinnamon and a little sweetener or with a few vegan chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until softened.
