I have completed Day two of my personal challenge to be raw for at least a week. Honestly, last night I almost fell off the wagon hard, I wanted something filling and yummy and something with rice or pasta or bread or beans was all I could think of. But, at Prince Charming's encouragement I looked at my options and I decided to make another smoothie. And you know what? I felt better!!
Today I made myself a wrap with cauliflower and other veggies seasoned up a little spicy with a little avocado. It was YUMMY!! I was satisfied and I didn't feel deprived!
