This is my menu plan I tried to keep it as simple as possible. I am officially starting my diet on Saturday as it makes sense to start the day after I get paid. Here is my plan for this week.
- Monday: Ham and Cabbage
- Tuesday: Roast Pork, Rice and Mashed Turnip
- Wednesday: Goulash
- Thursday: Teriyaki pork and Rice
- Friday: Pizza
- Saturday: Chicken Cordon Bleu
- Sunday: Zucchini Skillet Lasagna
Yum! I love roast pork! Everything else looks good, too.
