This is a cool recipe I just found. I really want to try it. I have been wanting to make hummus but I never have any Tahini. This is the first recipe I found that doesn't have Tahini as required.
Karen’s Hummus
For each can of chick peas:
1 - 6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon or orange juice (frozen orange juice concentrate works really well)
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
freshly ground black pepper.
A little Tahini can be added too, if you like.
