Hunting for Shadows

Theme: Shadow(s). Become a Photo Hunter View Blogroll

The theme this week is Shadow(s). At first I thought of these pics and how hard a time I had getting a good clear picture of the wildflowers Princess brings me every day to put in my windowsill. I even moved them to try to get a better shot, but because of being backlit, I just kept getting shadows. I did eventually get a really good shot, but it took a little creativity.

Then I remembered some cute shots I took that I would have loved, had shadows not covered her face and thought I would share them too.

  3. nice work on the theme. Flowers in windowsills are tough to get and not have them be in the shadows. I'll have my photo up after midnight. I also wanted to let you know that there is still time to enter my contest for a great photography gadget at Win an XShot from BenSpark.

  15. Great shots! I know how frustrating that can be to have the subject backlit! But hey, for this one, it works!
