My boy

 My boy is going so well.  He is gaining a little weight and he is happy.  He is gaining dexterity too.  This is a snowman he drew for school.

Pink Shirt Day

 It is pink shirt day at school, so I decided to take some pics of my two youngest babies doing online school.  They are adapting as well as can be expected.  Although Little Prince is doing very little actual work. 

Helping

 My boy gets a huge kick out of watching me wash dishes.  He snugs up really close to me by the sink and watches every step.  Today, I let him put a couple in the drying rack and he was thrilled to help.  So sweet.

Saturday

 Spent a lovely day at home with my kids accomplishing nothing productive.  It felt good. LOL

I have been doing research on IBS and foods that irritate it.  I need to get mine under control. 

Apologies

Sorry for my absence.  It has been a little busy here with online schooling.  And being in lockdown has made every day much like the next.  

Every day I do at least one thing to organize and improve the house.  That means that every day this place is just a little bit better.

Yay!

 My boy is doing so well!  Yesterday he ate two pieces of pizza and today he ate noodles!  Every new food is an incredible addition to his diet.

My big girl was sleeping but my early bird babies are enjoying Valentine's Day. 

Here We Go Again

 And we are in lockdown again. The kids are doing online school for at least two weeks. With a new, more contagious variant of Covid-19 in our province Dr. Fitzgerald and the powers that be are reacting quickly. I will try not to stress and overeat like I did last time.  This sucks but hopefully it will be a shorter duration than last time.

This is what happens when I bake bread for my family and and let it cool unguarded. A cute little monkey boy comes by and helps himself to chunks of crust. LOL

I have finally figured out a way to get my boy to stay at the bus stop in front of my house in the morning. I let him sit and play in the snow. Simple but effective. 

Kitchen

 I love my kitchen.  It has potential.  It is easily 3 times the size of my last one.  It has two big windows and LOTS of cupboards.   It will be do pretty when I decorate it.  It is awesome.

Learning

My boy is always learning new things.   We have been teaching him to warm simple things up in the microwave. We were showing him how to warm up his wieners.  And . . . opened the drawer, picked up a butter knife and proceeded to carefully cut his wiener up into small pieces.  For the first time, without having been showed how.  He is incredible.

Snow Day

 We are having a snow day here.  It is stormy and cold outside.  But, I am happily armed and caffeinated inside.  I don't even care about the weather. 

Windows

 I am loving the windows in this place.  Between the windows and the high ceilings, it is so big, light, and airy. It just makes my heart happy.  I even put sheers on the windows to let light on.

Amazing

 I have been sick the last few days.  My lungs are bad.  But, I am still thrilled with how much I have accomplished this week.   My place is going to be amazing. 

So much

 I am insanely happy with this move.  It was really the best thing we could have done.  And, we are starting to get on our feet financially.
